SECTION 2. Test Device: Sample Diluent: COMPOSITION / INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS The PrimaTB STATPAK® Assay consists of two parts the test device and liquid sample diluent. Membrane test strip (printed with antigens and latex conjugate) housed in plastic. Dilute buffer solution containing 0.1% sodium azide <1% protein <0.2% surfactant
SECTION 3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION None known.
SECTION 4. Test Device: Sample Diluent: FIRST AID MEASURES In case of contact with eyes or skin, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. If device has been used, contact a physician. In case of contact with eyes or skin, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. If swallowed, wash out mouth with water. Call a physician.
SECTION 5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES No special firefighting measures are required.
SECTION 6. Test Device: Sample Diluent: ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Not applicable to unused device. After use, treat as biohazardous material. Soak up any spilled liquid with absorbent spill kit materials and treat cleaned area with established germicidal agent. Dispose as biohazardous waste.
SECTION 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Store at 830oC. No special storage precautions required.

SECTION 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION The test device and sample diluent require no special handling. Standard biohazard precautions should be employed when using serum or blood samples.
